Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), has taken to Instagram to share a message directed to artists, creators and idea-makers.
The video shared on her official Instagram account shows off Dubai’s creative side with Sheikha Latifa speaking in Arabic with English subtitles.

Sheikha Latifa is the Chairperson of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and the daughter of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. She plays a key role in Dubai’s cultural vision and has helped shape the emirate’s creative landscape by championing museums, heritage districts, and flagship events such as Art Dubai and Dubai Design Week.
