With branches in Al Bateen and Hidd Al Saadiyat, the salon offers a full menu of treatments for hair, face, body and nails. It’s designed to be a one-stop beauty destination, whether you’re popping in for a quick refresh or settling in for a longer session. And on days when stepping out feels like too much effort, their home service option brings the experience to your door.

The Treatment

This was a head-to-toe reset, the kind that leaves you wondering why you don’t do this more often. The facial used organic, cruelty-free products and followed a classic routine of deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, toning and hydration. The therapist worked carefully and explained what she was using and why, and by the end my skin felt clean, calm and noticeably brighter.

Next came a wash and blow dry. The shampoo and conditioner smelled incredible and the stylist handled my hair with real care, taking her time rather than rushing through the process. The finish was soft, glossy curls with plenty of bounce and movement.

The manicure and pedicure were just as thorough. A lavender foot scrub smoothed and softened tired feet, but the standout moment was the foot massage. Using a mix of reflexology and traditional techniques, it worked through pressure points and tension, leaving that light, floating feeling you only get from a really good treatment.

The Al Bateen branch spans three floors of calm, dressed in soft blush tones that give the space a gentle, feminine feel. Each level focuses on a different speciality, which keeps the atmosphere organised and unhurried. There’s a dedicated hair and wash section, a spacious nail and nail art area, private rooms for facials and body treatments, and a Moroccan bath for those looking to turn their visit into a full ritual. There’s also a small lounge area where you can sit, sip something warm and ease into the experience before your treatment begins.

The Service

Good service is what turns a salon visit into something memorable, and this is where The Wave Lounge really shines. The welcome is warm and genuine, and there’s an easy sense that you’re in capable hands. Each therapist and technician works with confidence and attention to detail, without making the experience feel clinical or rushed. The facial therapist was knowledgeable and reassuring, the stylist was gentle and precise, and the nail technicians worked carefully and neatly. It’s professional, but still personal.
