Kids can climb, swing and jump through obstacle challenges at Pinpoint Fitness, now open at Deerfields Mall in Abu Dhabi
There is a new spot in Abu Dhabi where kids can climb, jump, swing and scramble their way through obstacle courses. Dubai-born fitness centre Pinpoint Fitness has opened its first Abu Dhabi branch at Deerfields Mall, bringing its parkour and obstacle training classes to the capital. The brand, which already runs three branches in Dubai, focuses on helping children and teenagers build confidence, coordination and discipline through structured movement classes.

If you have ever watched a child turn the living room couch into a ninja warrior course, this is essentially that, but safer, smarter and coached properly. The classes are built around obstacle-based challenges that gradually become more difficult as kids improve. Think balance beams, climbing walls, jumping drills and parkour-inspired movement. The idea is to focus on technique and progression rather than speed or intensity.
What also sets Pinpoint apart is its focus on inclusivity. The programmes are designed for all children, including those with neurodiverse needs and children on the autism spectrum. Sessions aim to support coordination, focus, confidence and social interaction in a structured environment.

The new branch expands Pinpoint’s footprint in the UAE. The Abu Dhabi launch comes alongside another major milestone for the company, with Pinpoint also opening its first international franchise in Nairobi, Kenya.
Still, for local families, the Deerfields branch is likely the bigger talking point. Indoor activities that get children moving and genuinely excited, especially as temperatures outside start climbing again.
And unlike most mall outings, this one might actually tire the kids out.
