Get those creative juices flowing in a gorgeously green setting
Dubai’s green spaces are getting a serious upgrade. Dubai Municipality has unveiled a game-changing new concept, the Work from Park initiative, designed to turn the city’s public parks into vibrant hubs where productivity meets fresh air.
The idea is simple but clever: swap your usual desk for a workspace surrounded by greenery. With flexible work zones integrated directly into parks, the initiative aims to create destinations that blend work, wellbeing, and social connection: very on brand for a city that loves innovation.
To bring the concept to life, Dubai Municipality has partnered with Group AMANA and Letswork, signing agreements to develop and operate these future-ready outdoor workspaces. Think high-spec modular offices, hot desks, and even podcast studios, all set within some of Dubai’s most popular parks.

The first location is set to land at Al Barsha Pond Park in May 2026, with more sites expected to roll out across the emirate later in the year. The spaces will be built using advanced modular construction techniques, meaning quicker installation, less environmental impact, and flexible designs that can evolve over time.
Through the Letswork platform, users will be able to book a variety of spaces, from casual workstations to creative studios. There are also plans for workshops, collaborative sessions, and dedicated areas tailored for content creators, the latter a nod to Dubai’s fast-growing creative economy.

But this isn’t just about pretty places to answer emails. The initiative aligns with major city strategies, including the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan and the D33 Economic Agenda, reinforcing Dubai’s push to support entrepreneurs, freelancers, and SMEs in an increasingly remote-first world.
Ultimately, Work from Park is about rethinking how public spaces are used. By combining nature, technology, and community, Dubai is enabling public parks to support productivity while strengthening community engagement.
