Spread over a sprawling 1.4 million square feet of built-up area, the resort features 573 residential units, which vary in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, perfect for singles, couples, and big family stays. The residences will be catered to with a range of integrated hotel services, and the wider resort will have plenty of activities and amenities for residents and visitors. Alfresco pursuits unfold across outdoor swimming pools, a children’s play area and a private beach, all landscaped around 100,000 square feet of leafy green space. Inside the nine-floor property, residents can also enjoy access to 16 shops and a gym.
