Dubai’s popular outdoor pop-up will close its doors on Sunday May 3

Marsa Boulevard has become one of the city’s best outdoor experiences, bringing together homegrown and international cafes, shops and experiences to a scenic spot by the Creek. But if you’re yet to check it out – or have been planning to return – then take note, as Marsa Boulevard is closing on Sunday May 3.

While the outdoor destination just by Festival City was originally slated to close on April 26, it’s extended by one more week, meaning there’s seven days left to check it out. For the final week, opening hours will be from 6pm to 12am through the week and 6pm until 1am on the weekend.

Since opening in October 2025, the second season of Marsa Boulevard has consistently brought cool collaborations and exciting pop-ups to residents and visitors. From cult-favourite cafes like Fynd, WatchHouse, Trio and Brooki, to art exhibitions, make-up brand takeovers and fashion pop-ups, there’s been something new to discover on each visit. So, even if you’ve already been before, if you squeeze in one final visit, you’re sure to find something new to discover.

Alongside residents and visitors, Marsa Boulevard has even received the royal seal of approval, welcoming a visit from HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai back in October 2025.
