Bubble Planet returns to Al Ain Square, bringing interactive rooms, surreal visuals and a playful escape for all ages
Al Ain, just outside Abu Dhabi, is about to get a little more playful. Bubble Planet is heading back to the oasis city this August, and it is all about letting go and having a bit of fun. From August 28 to November 7, Al Ain Square will host the immersive experience, which first made waves in cities like Milan, London and Singapore.

Now it returns to Abu Dhabi’s quieter side, bringing with it a colourful world built on light, sound and imagination. It is designed for kids, but adults will feel just as at home. That growing habit of adults chasing childlike joy has a name, and this taps right into it.
Once inside, the mood shifts quickly. You move through 11 themed rooms, each one more surreal than the last. There is a giant bubble bath ball pit that pulls you straight back to childhood, followed by a virtual reality room that drops you into a different world altogether. Then comes an undersea LED space, glowing and hypnotic, and an infinity room that seems to stretch on forever. Along the way, lights flash, colours shift and bubbles float through the air, turning every corner into a photo moment.

It is not only about what you see. Sound, light and movement all play a role, so it goes beyond a simple walk-through. The idea is to pull you into each space and keep things interactive from start to finish.
Tickets start from Dhs65 for children and students, and Dhs95 for adults. Registrations open on April 30, with pre-sale on May 4 and general sale from May 5. If you have been waiting for an excuse to switch off and have fun, this might be it.
