UAE weather this week shows clouds moving in and humidity on the rise as winter comes to an end this month
According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), the UAE is expected to have a small chance of light rain in some areas, and humidity peaking in some areas. Here’s what the UAE weather is looking like this week…
Clouds and rising humidity on Monday
The week starts with partly cloudy to cloudy skies across the UAE. Some coastal areas may see light rain later in the day. Humidity will rise overnight, particularly in western regions, while temperatures are expected to dip slightly. Winds will stay light to moderate, sometimes picking up, bringing stronger winds over the Arabian Gulf at times. Daytime highs range from 30°C to 35°C along the coast and islands, 32°C to 37°C inland, and 24°C to 29°C in the mountains.
Chance of showers and shifting winds on Tuesday
Tuesday will remain partly cloudy, with a small chance of rain along some coastal areas. Winds will change direction from southeast to northwest and may strengthen over the sea, bringing rougher sea conditions in the Gulf.
Gradual cooling and occasional dust on Wednesday
Cloudy skies continue on Wednesday, with possible rain over coastal and northern areas. Temperatures are likely to drop gradually, while stronger winds at times could raise dust in western regions.
More clouds and rain possible on Thursday
Thursday brings cloudy skies and another chance of rainfall across coastal, northern, and eastern parts of the UAE. Moderate to fresh winds may blow dust, especially in western areas.
Fair skies to end the week on Friday
By Friday, the weather will be fair to partly cloudy, with light to moderate northwest winds. Seas are expected to remain moderate to rough in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
