Tuck into six courses of ramen magic

SIO Chef Reif

Love ramen? You have to book a table at this six-course omakase at Culinara, One Za’abeel. On May 13, the one and only Chef Reif Othman is heading into the kitchen with SIO Ramen House for a lip-smacking treat. On the night, the menu is a surprise and the thinking behind each dish is explained as it lands. SIO is named after the Japanese word for ‘salt’ and has always been built around the craft and precision of Japanese ramen-making. Rowleys Restaurant-DIFC

Waiting for your meal just got more fun at Rowley’s. The popular DIFC hotspot has transformed its rooftop to now include interactive games, live shows and entertainment. Oh, and it comes with views of the Burj Khalifa. There’s mini-golf, bowling, pool and classic games like Twister and hopscotch.
