Ramadan fireworks in Dubai are lighting up the night sky and here’s where to catch them
Ramadan Kareem! Last night, February 17 – the committee met at Qasr Al Hosn in Abu Dhabi under the chairmanship of Sheikh Abdullah bin Sheikh Mahfouz bin Bayyah, Chairman of the Emirates Fatwa Council. The moon was sighted and Ramadan is officially here, as it officially began today 18 February in the UAE, as confirmed last night by the UAE Council for Fatwa.
Along with iftars, night markets and late-night strolls, there’s something else to look forward to – Ramadan fireworks in Dubai lighting up the sky.
Throughout the Holy Month, several spots across Dubai will host regular fireworks displays, giving you plenty of chances to catch the sparkle. If you’re planning your evenings, here’s where to go.
Al Seef

If you love a waterfront setting, Al Seef is the place to be. Set along the historic Dubai Creek, this popular spot will host nightly fireworks throughout Ramadan.
Expect colourful bursts lighting up the sky above the creek, with traditional-style buildings and twinkling lights adding to the atmosphere. It’s an easy, family-friendly evening out – arrive early for dinner, then stay for the show.
When: Every day during Ramadan at 9.30pm
Dubai Creek

The wider Dubai Creek area will also see fireworks during the Holy Month, creating special shared moments for residents and visitors.
It’s one of the city’s most atmospheric locations after dark, and during Ramadan you can expect the skyline to shimmer with regular displays designed to bring communities together.

Over at Global Village, Ramadan evenings come with extra entertainment. Alongside its themed pavilions, Ramadan souk and special iftar experiences, the destination will also host musical fireworks.
The shows take place every Friday and Saturday, combining music and pyrotechnics for a bigger weekend spectacle.
