Sponsored: The Ritual Brunch returns to The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort with global flavours, live stations and relaxed beachfront dining every Saturday
There’s something about a Saturday by the sea that just works. The Ritual Brunch has returned to Oléa at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, and it leans into that feeling. Easy, sunlit, a little indulgent. You walk in and the first thing you notice is the view. Wide, open, that soft blue stretch of Saadiyat coastline. Inside, it’s calm and elegant. Outside, the terrace pulls you closer to the water. You can take your pick, but either way, it feels like a proper break from the week.

The food keeps things generous without trying too hard. It moves through Mediterranean flavours with a few well-placed global hits. There’s Turkish testi kebab, slow-cooked and rich. Moroccan tagines that smell as good as they taste. A salt-baked seabass that lands at the table with a bit of theatre. Then the live stations step in. Sushi rolled fresh, an Asado grill working through cuts of meat, plates coming out hot and steady.
You pace it how you like. Start light with salads and seafood. Go in on the mains. Circle back for dessert, which is very much a sharing situation. It’s the kind of brunch that stretches. No rush, no pressure. Just good food, a decent soundtrack of conversation, and that constant reminder that the beach is right there.

If you’re not ready to leave, you don’t have to. The resort makes a day of it with beach and pool access, or even a full stay if you want to turn it into a weekend.
