Given the current forecast, while you’ll all be eager to show off your glam dresses and sharp suits, it looks like layering up over the last week of 2025.

Well, Ras Al Khaimah will see a cold start to the year, with temperatures falling to 10°C on January 1, 2026. Hatta, Dubai’s mountainous exclave, will also see a similar temperature drop. Brrr…

What about rain?

According to several forecasting platforms, the worst of the rainfall now appears to be over (for now).

Post the rain the UAE saw this month, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) did report that temperatures are set to drop. And it’s pretty evident, especially in the evenings.
