One of the UAE’s leading delivery platforms, talabat has rolled out a new initiative to support homegrown restaurants, offering rent-free cloud kitchen spaces.
And it’s not just one space, talabat UAE is offering 100 spaces for restaurants until September 2026. That’s zero rent for six months.
This will allow homegrown restaurants grow and reach their customers while removing operational barriers and providing infrastructure to help them sustain their business.

They support the country’s economic and social landscape, support employment, the local supply chains and over all, add to our vibrant community. Through this initiative, talabat aims to provide meaningful, practical support to the businesses that underpin the country’s diverse and evolving food ecosystem.

By lowering key cost barriers, these restaurants can grow a little more easily, improve the customer experience and reach more diners across the UAE.
Commenting on the initiative, Simonida Subotic, Managing Director, talabat UAE, said, “Homegrown restaurants are at the heart of the UAE’s food scene, and supporting their growth is a priority for us. With this initiative, we’re removing key barriers and giving our partners the space and visibility they need to scale, while continuing to strengthen the wider ecosystem.”
To qualify for the opportunity, participating brands must be first-founded in the UAE, have been in operation for at least 24 months, demonstrate at least 12 months of delivery activity on any platform, and operate a minimum of one physical location across the country.
The approach enables talabat to support partners who can scale quickly, ensuring their initiative delivers the impact it aims to while strengthening the broader food ecosystem at a critical time.
