It is a polished midday offering that lets you choose between two or three courses, each rooted in classic French technique but light enough to keep the afternoon intact.
The Vibe
Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnard offers contemporary French dining with creek views. Sunlight spills across the room during the day, bouncing off subtle artwork and clean lines. The décor is understated, with subtle art and clean lines that let the food shine. It has a quiet elegance that makes every meal feel special, yet entirely comfortable.
The Food and Drinks
The menu reads like a love letter to restraint and balance. Nicolas Isnard’s Signature Modern Onion Soup is deeply comforting, rich without tipping into excess. The Cucumber and Takuan salad is fresh and clever, crunchy and quietly confident. Braised Beef Chuck arrives tender and soulful, while the Catch of the Day with fennel and green apple is bright, clean and perfectly judged. Dessert keeps things delicate.
