The latest construction updates from Wynn Al Marjan Island
In December 2025, Wynn Al Marjan Island reached a major construction milestone, announcing that it had officially topped out. Rising to 283 meters across 70 floors, the tower has achieved its highest structural concrete point, with its signature spire set to be finished in 2026.
Progress is well underway, as per the latest updates, several areas are structurally now complete or almost complete, including:
- 100% of hotel room interior fit-out underway
- 100% of the tower’s structural concrete completed
- 100% of the guest accommodation structure completed
- 99% of low-rise concrete and 96.5% steel structures completed
- 90% of low-rise venue interior partitions and first & second-fix MEP commenced
- 79% of tower façade panels installed (20,744 of 26,247)
- 40% of low-rise exterior façades enclosed
Rooms
Set across more than 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature a grand total of 1,530 guest accommodations. Within that, there will be 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites, plus two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates.
Unveiled in July 2025, Enclave will be Wynn Al Marjan Island’s hotel-within-a-hotel, promising platinum-standard hospitality with bespoke service, extraordinary amenities, and lavish accommodations high above the grandeur of the greater Wynn Al Marjan Island resort. With its own private entrance, no more than 15 suites per floor, a private pool and beach and a dedicated Enclave restaurant, it’s set to take exclusivity to new heights in Ras Al Khaimah.
Restaurants
In total, an eye-popping 22 restaurants and lounges will welcome guests at Wynn Al Marjan Island. Ranging from beach clubs and high-octane restaurants to more casual eateries and chic cafes, there promises to be something for everyone, with a mix of imports from Wynn’s global destinations as well as some homegrown exclusives.
The first two venues have already been announced: Delilah and an as-of-yet-unnamed steakhouse from acclaimed chef, Alain Ducasse.
Delilah, the world-famous, celeb-favourite, no-cameras-allowed, supper-club-meets-movie-set from Las Vegas, will bring a new dimension of entertainment-led dining to Ras Al Khaimah. Guests will descend from a luxe bar and lounge into a spectacular dining room, which feels like a 1950s Beirut-inspired supper club with a side of top-level, curated live music performances.
For Alain Ducasse’s – still unnamed – steakhouse, it will stretch across two floors, clocking in at roughly 1,820 square metres of culinary theatre. Expect double-height drama, ultra-premium beef, cheese soufflé starters, and tableside flambé that would make a Parisian great-aunt beam.
Gaming
In October 2024, the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) of the UAE issued the resort with a Commercial Gaming Facility Operator license.
Previously, Wynn Resorts CEO Craig Billings confirmed the Ras Al Khaimah casino will be ‘somewhat larger’ than in Las Vegas.
Facilities
Outside of the UAE’s first casino, facilities at Wynn Al Marjan promise to offer non-stop entertainment. Its spa is self-described as ‘the region’s most opulent spa and beauty destination,’ inviting guests to envelope in next-level wellness, while a 420-metre white sandy beach promises days of sun-soaked relaxation. Guests will be able to dip between 12 pools designed for all occasions, while shoppers can look forward to a host of luxury brands all in one place.
The UAE iteration of Las Vegas’ multimedia show, Lake of Dreams, will be called Sea of Dreams and will be six times larger in Ras Al Khaimah, a theatrical masterpiece that’s described as an atmospherically rich, animated beachfront experience. Elsewhere, a one-of-a-kind theatre experience promises to elevate entertainment even further.
For meetings and events, Coral Court is a bespoke celebration and events venue that can cater to events both big and small. The star of the show is a 2,633 sqm column-free Grand Ballroom, xx. Elsewhere, Coral Court features dedicated bride and groom salons, private prayer rooms for men and women, six versatile meeting rooms, and a 1,390 sqm event lawn overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
And for those arriving in style, a deep-water marina is designed to welcome superyachts from around the globe.
How much will room rates be?
For now, the rates have yet to be revealed. Entry-level room rates for a one-night stay at Wynn Las Vegas start from USD299, which is Dhs1,098.
