Italy’s most beautiful cars in one refined seaside location
Love all things fast? This news will surely get your heart racing, as the Concorso Italiano UAE is making its grand return this weekend. And they’re bringing a little la dolce vita with them.
Concorso Italiano UAE returns for its fourth edition this weekend on Sunday, February 8, transforming Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa into a refined Italian afternoon inspired by Lake Como elegance and Riviera garden parties.
It runs from 3pm to 9pm, and it all takes place in an open-air setting so you can soak in the lovely Dubai winter.
You can choose to wander around and admire the steel beauties, or you can just sit and soak in the cool vibes. Think sun-dappled lawns, live music drifting through the air… all within a few feet of some of Italy’s most iconic automotive masterpieces.
This year, there are about 20 pre-2006 Italian classic cars, sourced from some of the region’s most private collections. Expect rare and immaculately preserved models, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Lancia.
Oh, and many of these vehicles are rarely displayed publicly, so don’t miss the opportunity to experience them up close.
At the heart of the afternoon is the UAE’s only Concours d’Elegance dedicated exclusively to Italian classics, judged by an international panel led by Italian concours authority Emiliano Torkar. Awards include Best Original, Best Restored, and Best of Show, along with a People’s Choice Award voted for by guests.
And it’s so much more than just a classic car showcase
Beyond the automobiles, guests can enjoy a generous Italian buffet inspired by regional classics, accompanied by live music – perfect for a long, leisurely afternoon. You can pair your meal with Italian cocktails and beverages, too.
Oh, and there’s also a limited raffle which will offer you a chance to win rare Italian automotive collectables from the ZS Classics collection.
