Costa Coffee UAE is offering a complimentary barista-made drink to military personnel, police officers and firefighters on Friday, April 3, across participating stores in the UAE — a gesture of appreciation for those who continue to serve the community every day.
The initiative comes following a period of challenging moments across the country, where the strength and resilience of the UAE has been on full display — largely thanks to those working behind the scenes to keep things running safely and smoothly.

Tyrone Reid, Group Chief Executive Officer of MMI & ELR, said the gesture is a small way of recognising those efforts: “At a time when so many are working tirelessly to keep our communities safe, this is a small way of saying thank you to the people who help protect the rhythm of everyday life.”

How to get your free coffee
Eligible customers can redeem their complimentary drink by downloading the Costa Club app, accessing the offer via the Treats section, and presenting a valid service ID in-store.
The offer is valid for one drink per person, for verified military personnel, police officers and firefighters only. It is available for in-store redemption across participating UAE locations and is not valid on delivery.
