Called Saturday Brunch by The Fore, the experience brings together four of the resort’s restaurants under one roof for a multi-concept dining experience. Hosted inside The Fore, guests can enjoy dishes from four different culinary styles all in one brunch.
Expect Japanese dishes from Umi Kei, Pan-Asian flavours from Madame Li, Mediterranean brasserie favourites from Mirabelle, and bold, spice-led Indian cuisine from The Bombay Club. Each restaurant keeps its own identity, but the brunch allows guests to enjoy from all four in one relaxed setting.
With beachfront terraces overlooking the marina and views towards Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, the brunch is designed to feel social, relaxed and indulgent.

Here’s what you can expect:
A premium culinary experience
Guests can enjoy caviar and oysters served around the tables, a stunning lobster fountain and impressive seafood towers. There are also carving stations serving tandoori tomahawk, alongside Japanese robata dishes like miso-glazed cod, sushi and shami. Pan-Asian highlights include Singapore-style black pepper beef, while desserts feature creations by Pierre Hermé, including the famous Tarte Infiniment Vanille, Ispahan and a signature marshmallow tree.
A family-friendly afternoon
The brunch is designed to be welcoming for families, with live music, entertainers and activities for children. There is also a dedicated kids’ area with a giant marshmallow tree, a candy bar station and fun entertainment throughout the afternoon.
A stunning beachfront setting
Large outdoor terraces overlook the sea, the marina skyline and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, creating one of Dubai’s most scenic brunch backdrops.
