The Sharmila Dance Extravaganza returns in 2026 for its landmark 25th anniversary edition, marking a major milestone for the annual showcase presented by Sharmila Dance.
The community dance production takes place over three days from Friday, May 1 to 3, 2026 at the New Covent Garden Theatre in Mall of the Emirates.
It brings together performers of all ages – from emerging young talent to seasoned dancers – the production is a high-energy celebration of movement, music, colour and creativity. Each performance is designed to spotlight rhythm, expression, and the joy of live entertainment.
Audiences can expect a vibrant mix of dance styles, dazzling costumes, and powerful group performances that showcase the depth of local talent on stage. It’s an evening built on energy, precision, and pure spectacle.
Held over three days, the event attracts more than 2,500 spectators each year, cementing its place as one of the UAE’s most anticipated community-led dance showcases.
