Try a tasting journey inspired by contemporary art

Love food and art? Well, these two worlds come together at Third Avenue at Dubai Mall thanks to its collaboration between contemporary artist Kristel Bechara and Chef Shehab Medhat. The duo are serving up art in a whole new form with Edible Art: Heart of Chroma paired with sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. In short, the experience brings Bechara’s Heart of Chroma series off the canvas and onto the plate, as each artwork is reimagined as an eight-course tasting journey. Chef Shehab translates colour, emotion and storytelling into flavour, turning each dish into a sensory extension of the original painting. And it’s one you have to try.
