The Devil Wears Prada 2 is hitting screens in the UAE ahead of its US release, with midnight screenings kicking off on Wednesday April 29, more than 24 hours before American audiences get their turn on May 1. Yes, we’re getting Miranda Priestly before New York does, and we’re choosing to take that personally (in the best way).
While the official The Devil Wears Prada 2 UAE release date was set as Thursday, April 30, Reel Cinemas is rolling out the red carpet with 11pm bookings from Wednesday April 29. Which is great news for fans who have waited 20 patient years for this sequel.
There are three Reel Cinemas locations to choose from: Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, and The Springs Souk, with all offering screenings from 11pm. At the Springs Souk and Dubai Marina Mall, you can enjoy the Reel Standard experience, with tickets from Dhs55.
At Dubai Mall, the film will be screened in multiple formats, including Standard; Dolby Cinema, for those who want the ultimate in image and sound; and, for the full Runway treatment, Platinum. Those booking Reel Platinum Suites can look forward to pre-screening relaxation in the lounge, a reclining leather seat, and a gourmet dine-in experience that takes cinema snacks far beyond the basics, with an a la carte meal service. These tickets are priced at Dhs182.

Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci all reprise their iconic roles, with the story bringing Andy and Miranda face-to-face once more – this time with former assistant Emily, now the powerful head of a luxury brand, holding the funding that could determine Runway’s survival.
