UAE residents raise the flag across the nation

“We call upon the sons of the UAE and its residents on its blessed land to raise it above homes, institutions, and buildings.” – Sheikh Mohammed 

On April 9, 2026, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, posted on his official social media account on X asking all citizens and residents to raise the UAE flag.

And just a day later, citizens and residents across the UAE are raising the flag with pride.
