If you’re in the UAE today with travel plans and flights booked, you’ve probably been keeping up with the latest UAE flight updates. With travel schedules changing across several airlines, staying up to date is key. Whether you’re flying from Dubai or Abu Dhabi, these UAE flight updates cover the latest on departures, destinations, and everything you need to know to continue your journey smoothly.

Emirates

Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule until further notice. Customers with existing bookings are being prioritised on available flights.

  • Customers booked to travel with Emirates between February 28 and April 15, 2026 are advised that, if their flight has been disrupted or they wish to change their plans, they have the following options:
  1. Passengers can rebook on an alternative flight to their intended destination for travel up to May 31, 2026. For bookings with travel within 72 hours, customers should rebook via the “Manage Your Booking” section on the Emirates website or app. For later travel dates, customers are advised to contact Emirates for assistance.
  2. Customers can also request a refund by completing the online refund form. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to be processed.
  • Travellers who booked through a travel agent are advised to contact their agent directly for assistance with rebookings and refunds.
  • Passengers are encouraged to check their flight status before heading to the airport and to stay updated via Emirates’ travel updates page for the latest information.
  • Customers are advised to check their flight status at emirates.com, review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and monitor their email for any notifications about delays, changes or cancellations before travelling to the airport.

Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways is currently operating a limited commercial flight schedule between Abu Dhabi and a number of key destinations. Customers can check the latest flight status at etihad.com before travelling.

  • Passengers with existing bookings will be accommodated on available flights as soon as possible. New tickets are also available for purchase via etihad.com.
  • Customers are advised not to travel to the airport unless they have been contacted directly by Etihad or hold a confirmed booking on an operating flight.
  • Customers are reminded to stay alert to online scams. Etihad will never request passwords, one-time codes, payment details or any sensitive information via social media messages. For accurate updates and support, customers should only use official Etihad channels and website.
  • Passengers are encouraged to check their flight status before heading to the airport and to ensure their contact details are up to date via “Manage Your Booking” to receive the latest notifications.
  • Customers holding Etihad tickets issued on or before February 28, 2026, with travel dates between February 28 and April 15, 2026, may rebook free of charge onto Etihad-operated flights up to May 15, 2026. Rebooking after this date may incur an applicable charge.
  • Eligible customers can also request a refund through etihad.com or by contacting their travel agent directly if the booking was made through one.
