If you’re breaking your fast at Vera Versilia, expect a warm welcome with a selection of dates, followed by a reimagined, soul-warming lentil soup or the soup of the day.
To start, choose from light and flavourful options, including fresh salads, grilled octopus, or a crowd-pleasing burrata with cherry tomatoes.
As the evening unfolds, diners can enjoy artisanal pizzas served hot from the oven, velvety risotto, and a selection of signature mains. Highlights include Mediterranean seabass, free-range baby chicken, and other Italian favourites.
Dessert is equally tempting, with beautifully balanced options such as classic tiramisu, pistachio gelato topped with caramelised pistachios, and a rich chocolate soufflé.
The menu is crafted by Executive Chef Marco Garfagnini, known for blending bold Italian flavours with carefully sourced local ingredients.
The four-course menu is priced at Dhs295 per person and includes mineral water and a selection of Ramadan drinks.

An exclusive indoor setting for up to 100 guests is priced at Dhs50,000, while the outdoor space can host 70 diners for the same rate.
For a full restaurant buyout, priced at Dhs100,000, Vera Versilia can accommodate up to 170 guests for the evening.
