If January felt like one long group chat you forgot to mute, this is your reset button. Think sunrise yoga, meditation circles, talks that make you rethink your screen time, and live music drifting in the background. You can float between sessions or just feel the sand between your toes and exist for a bit. No pressure, no noise, just you and your nervous system finally unclenching.

The Louvre after dark hits different. The park turns into a full-blown dance floor, all flashing lights, pounding bass and mysterious masks that make everyone feel a little braver. Adriatique takes over from midnight, with The Blaze warming things up earlier, so expect serious electronic music energy. It’s part art, part rave, part “how is this my life right now?”.
