New spots, eats, events & everything happening around the city, so you know what’s on in Dubai this week

Some cities sparkle; Dubai glows from the inside out. New spots, cool things happening everywhere, calendars already filling up. If you’re wondering what’s on in Dubai this week – from new restaurants and pop-ups to events everyone is talking about – this is your heads-up so you don’t end up with serious FOMO by Sunday.

Nobu One Za’abeel

Nobu aka the new place to be in Dubai has officially opened at The Link in One Za’abeel, bringing its Japanese-Peruvian menu to one of the city’s most striking addresses. This will be the brand’s third location in Dubai, set high above the skyline with a spacious dining room, private areas, a lounge and a bar framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. The design stays true to Nobu’s signature style with a more futuristic edge, and for the first time in Dubai, the restaurant will introduce live entertainment as part of the experience. Founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa with Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, this opening is already one to watch for 2026.
