John Mayer fans in the UAE are going to have to wait a little longer to see the star perform live as his Saadiyat Nights concert in Abu Dhabi has been postponed. The star was due to perform on January 24 as part of the incredible Saadiyat Nights series however don’t worry if you were due to go as there has been a new date announced already. The new date for the performance is February 15.

Who is John Mayer?
John Mayer is an American singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer known for blending blues, pop and rock with introspective, often confessional lyrics. He rose to fame in the early 2000s with hits like Your Body Is a Wonderland and Daughters, he later earned critical acclaim for his guitar-driven work on albums such as Continuum and Born and Raised. He has won 7 Grammy awards including Song of the Year for Daughters and received 19 nominations. Beyond the music, he’s known for his thoughtful songwriting, live performances and evolving sound that has developed alongside his career.

Saadiyat Nights series has an incredible line-up alongside John Mayer, Lewis Capaldi is performing this weekend on January 17, Max Richter on January 29, Ricky Martin on January 31, Mariah Carey on February 7, Bryan Adams on February 11.
