Dubai, get ready. One of the most anticipated restaurant openings of 2026 is officially happening, with Nobu One Za’abeel opening on Saturday, January 17.
This marks Nobu’s 3rd Dubai venue and 58 worldwide, but this one is set to be very different. Think iconic Nobu dishes, sky-high views, late-night energy and a buzzing bar scene – all inside a world-record Dubai landmark.
Where is Nobu One Za’abeel?
The new restaurant is located inside The Link at One Za’abeel, the world’s longest cantilevered building. Sitting 230 metres above ground, it joins a huge line-up of dining destinations already there, including La Dame de Pic, Tapasake, Aelia and Culinara Social Dining.
Safe to say, Nobu a modern Japanese cuisine infused with Peruvian influences is one of the most globally recognised names in dining. Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa alongside Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, the brand is now a worldwide icon.
A Nobu that comes alive at night
While you’ll still find the refined dining Nobu is famous for, Nobu One Za’abeel is designed to transform after dark. As the evening rolls on, the space shifts into a high-energy late-night destination, with extended bar hours, DJ-led soundtracks and a lively lounge atmosphere.
It’s a world-first concept for the Nobu brand, and one that feels tailor-made for Dubai.
The food: classic Nobu, plus new creations
Fans of the brand can expect all the Nobu icons you know and love, including – black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño, world-famous Nobu sushi and premium wagyu dishes.
There will also be exclusive dishes created just for this venue, such as Mediterranean seabass with tomato dashi ponzu, ginger-infused amadai and a delicious Wagyu beef tenderloin with shiitake millefeuille.
Inside the space
Design-wise, this Nobu is seriously impressive. A stunning mix of dark woods, bronze and brass details, marble finishes and warm lighting, all brought together with art installations and subtle gold accents.
The result? A space that feels luxurious, cosy and unmistakably Nobu, but with a bold, contemporary edge.
